SHIPPING:  Cost of shipping will be determined based on your order.

Orders will be shipped within 3 days via Canada Post Expedite Service. Envelopes are sent First class mail. They are trackable and insured. Boxes are sent expedited parcel and are trackable and insured.

BACKORDER POLICY - If we are out of stock on an item, we will not hold up your order, unless requested to do so. You will be contacted prior to shipping to let you know of these items.

RETURN POLICY - All items must be received in new and resellable condition, within 10 days, at your expense. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Postage is nonrefundable. We DO NOT accept returns on cardstock, stickers, markers, magazines or books.

Orders may also be placed online - and picked up in the store with no shipping charges added. Let us know when you will be in to pick up the order.
